Aims for 2016

  • Eat less bread/pasta/potatoes
  • Eat more lean protein/veg and fruit
  • Drink less fizzy drinks
  • Drink more water/dilute juice
  • Exercise minimum 5 days per week (start off with 20 minute sessions)
  • Have Saturday/Sunday off ‘dieting’
  • Lose at least 23lbs by June 13th (next cardiology check-up)
  • Try to establish a decent bedtime routine (go to bed/get up at the same time every day)
