- Eat less bread/pasta/potatoes
- Eat more lean protein/veg and fruit
- Drink less fizzy drinks
- Drink more water/dilute juice
- Exercise minimum 5 days per week (start off with 20 minute sessions)
- Have Saturday/Sunday off ‘dieting’
- Lose at least 23lbs by June 13th (next cardiology check-up)
- Try to establish a decent bedtime routine (go to bed/get up at the same time every day)
